Rawxies Nutritious Gourmet Cookie Snack Bars, Banana Nut Bread, Gluten Free, Vegan, Box of 12 Healthy Cookies

These are not bakery style cookies, and so don't expect that. Rather, they are kind of a combo between a cookie and a protein bar, and they have very distinctive flavors, which are not really what their names would lead you to believe. (Frankly, I think they should rename them all, so buyers would not be misled.). Anyway, I would imagine that people either love them or hate them. As for me, I love them, because they seem to quell my cravings for other, less nutritious foods. I eat at least one per day, and I honestly have way fewer cravings than I used to have over all. (But wait! There's more!). I feel more energetic for the hour or two after I eat them! That's why I keep reordering them. They're a go-to staple of my daily diet now. I have type two diabetes and must eat very carefully. These "cookies" work for me.Update: 10/03/17 I have been ordering these cookies for months now, and all of a sudden, this month the calorie count has changed. ALL THE COOKIE FLAVORS ARE NOW 50 CALORIES MORE THAN THAN THEY USED TO BE!!! What the heck! Is this a bait and switch game? Fifty calories is significant to me. So, buyer beware! I marked them down from 5 stars to 3. 180 calories is a lot, even for a protein, fiber filled snack.Saturated fats went up one gram.Sodium went up 60 mgCarbs went up 11 gramsSugars went up 4 gramsNone of that is great.Protein stayed the same.Fiber went up a gram.I've called the company to hear what they have to say, but they have not responded yet.

I cannot tell you how good these delicious bars of deliciousness are, but for the sake of this review, I need to try.Not enough great things come in Lemon Poppy Seed flavor. I can think of three: chicken, muffins, and these.July 20, I started eating vegan so there goes numbers one and two on my "Great Things that Come in Lemon Poppy Seed Flavor" list.When I saw these on Amazon, I had been searching for vegan snack bars to bring to my classroom as a snack for me during the days. These fit that bill perfectly. Not only are they easy to store, they're delicious! (You KNEW I was going to say that, didn't you? Be honest!) They don't require refrigeration so I find I can keep some in my desk, some in my bag, and some at home. They're the perfect snack when I get home and I'm about to cook dinner. You might think that's counterproductive, but I feel like it helps me to not overeat now that I finally have longer than 22 minutes to sit down and enjoy my food. ;-)I did my research - the company is great. All jokes aside, these bars are incredible. I did order a few different kinds and I have to say that these are my favorite. They offer a variety of great flavors so I'll definitely be back for more.

I first heard about Rawxies from watching a video by Jodi Bullock who's an amazing health coach. I was about to go on a trip and wanted recommendations on bars, snacks, etc. that are healthy and delicious. I ended up finding Rawxies at a store in my airport so I grabbed one for my flight. I tried the Lemon Poppy Seed and it was delicious!!! I couldn't believe it. I've been a vegetarian for over 20 years and the ability to find healthy snacks that are great tasting has dramatically shifted for the better since I was a kid. I can't rave enough about these bars. I've also tried the chocolate brownie heart bar and was seeded that one - it is also good but I have to say the lemon poppy seed was my favorite. I ended up buying an entire box so that I can carry one with me since I'm constantly traveling. The bar was filling - not in a meal replacement sort of way but in the I won't have a meal for a couple of hours and this will hold me over. It also makes a great dessert for yourself if you'd like something after dinner. I love that there are not ingredients on the packaging that I have to Google and that I felt good after eating one.

Flavor is not great, but for very healthy cookies they're pretty good. Texture is nice as well. Not like an ordinary cookie, but still good! Definitely not at all like dog food, like some of the poor comments have stated. The reason for the 3 stars is the price. $24.00 for a pack of twelve, average sized cookies! That's $2 bucks a piece! I figure $1 per cookie is expensive - but $2!! That's ridiculous! :/Wish they were sold at my local store; maybe they'd be cheaper?

I just ate my first Banana Nut Bread flavored Rawxies and it's DELICIOUS! It actually really tastes like homemade banana bread, just not as over sugared as the kind my mom makes (not that that kind isn't good). It was a perfect post-run refuel that gave me plenty of energy yet felt and tasted good. I can't do fake flavored recovery stuff. Yuck. I must also mention that this paired perfectly with coffee. 😁 Before I thought I'd always be married to Lemon Poppyseed flavor, but I think I need so more of these for some nutritious snacking. 💚💚💚

I did not like these. I was on the fence about purchasing them, because of the price. But I understand eating clean isn't cheap and they had so many great reviews so I purchased the box. I am regretting it and wish I purchased a single cookie or maybe a sampler box. I don't know what it is, maybe the dates, but the little sweetness you get out of the cookie doesn't appeal to me. I am not a fan of coconut but the coconut flavor didn't stand out so that didn't bother me. This cookie was just not for me. I would be interested in trying the brownie maybe.

Delicious! I ordered the variety pack to taste every flavor. I will reorder the lemon and cranberry flavors. Didn't care much for the chocolate mint. I thought I'd like the banana but it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The chocolate flavors are okay except for the mint kind.

I wanted to like these. I was hoping they would be more of a mix of the Chocolate Peppermint flavored Luna Bar and a Lara Bar. It was not. It has a funny smell and the taste is not good. I don't know why the company used peppermint essential oil and not peppermint extract instead. Maybe another flavor would be better, but these were inedible.
