Flavor:Whole Bean SINGLE-ORIGIN CATURRA BEANS – Deep caramel, dark chocolate, and hints of citrus ride a pleasantly bright, medium body. It’s sweet and rich without a hint of bitterness. Save the creamer, you’ll want to take this coffee black. COLOMBIAN MICRO-LOT, WINNING TASTE – Tío Conejo originates in the mountains of Colombia’s renowned Coffee Triangle, but it’s more than single-origin, it’s a micro-lot: every bean grows in volcanic soil on a single, family-run farm at 1,700 meters (5,700 feet). It packs a wallop, scoring 85-90-point homerun grades (“Excellent – Specialty”) in Specialty Coffee Association of America cuppings. SPECIALTY COFFEE, CRAFT PROCESS – Hand-picked only when they’re bursting with flavor at peak ripeness, each and every bean is washed, sun-dried, manually sorted, roasted under precise temperature controls, and cupped by our partners at Tío Conejo. ETHICAL PARTNERSHIP, SUSTAINABLY GROWN – At the family-run Tío Conejo farm, every worker earns a living wage and enjoys health care coverage, educational support, workers’ compensation, and a retirement plan.

Heavenly!!! It makes my morning something to look forward to instead of something to cope with!
This coffee is delicious. When my husband and I traveled to southern Mexico, we had the most amazing coffee and until now I thought I had to be in Mexico to get such great coffee. Yes, Starbucks, Peets and the local coffee house are ok...but the good stuff, with its floral notes and caramel accents...let's just say that it deserves the good china. I use a coffee maker, but I am thinking of upgrading to a french press because I'm curious to see what other flavors some through. This coffee is worth a french press of its own :-)

Great Medium Roast Coffee For the Price - Try it Black!
This is great stuff straight from the source. Tio Conejo coffee lives up to the adjective of "Premium". Comes in nice looking packaging, but I'd recommend putting the coffee in an airtight container to seal in the flavor. This is a medium roast with a mild to high acidity profile, but is not overly so of each. You can definitely taste the citrus undertones, which makes this great to drink black with no sweeteners or creamers (the way it is meant to be enjoyed). Overall, great if you're looking for a medium roast. I would be interested to see what a lighter roast would taste like from the same origin.Overall, really the only way I could imagine this could be improved is if the beans were roasted yesterday - but I don't quite think logistics have caught up with that yet.

Quality and flavor!
This coffee is absolutely delicious. The quality is superb and it is definitely a Premium purchase -totally worth the price!I can drink my coffee either black or with a little creamer. Some coffees I can't stand to drink black (blech!) but this one is excellent just straight up black and does not leave a bitter aftertaste.Do yourself a favor and purchase a bag (or 3!) of this coffee! Makes a great gift as well for your premium coffee drinking friends!

He wanted good coffee. I decided to get him damn Goud ...
They should make this an air condition scent. We ran out of coffee and my husband was complaining of how week the ones we had before were. He wanted good coffee. I decided to get him damn Goud coffee. We're Jamaicans so we know good coffee. This is beautiful. Yes, I said beautiful. I opened the packet and th aroma was everywhere. There's s little opening where you're allowed to smell the aroma without opening the packet. I felt so sneaky taking my secret whiff :-). I felt sexy whiffing this. I haven't made any yet so I can't say how it taste but I doubt I'll be disappointed. The seller followed up on the order and remembered that I wanted this for my husband- point. I'm going to make some tomorrow.

Best coffee I've ever tasted!
I am a coffee snob and have tried multiple varieties from different origins. Specialty Kona was one of my favorites until I tasted Tio Conejo and this is my new all time favorite. This is a boutique specialty coffee farmer produced and it is sold directly by the farmer. It doesn't get any better than that. It's like buying at the farmers market, directly from the mountains of Colombia!Best coffee, fair trade. Love it

Rich smooth and complex
It's a very finely ground coffee. You can actually smell how smooth it is as soon as you open the package. It's very smooth yet rich and complex. I'm more of a dark roast usually but this definitely a quality roast in my opinion.
