Very well made simple and to the point
The craftsmanship is amazing. The wood quality used is also of a high standard. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a transfer board/bread peel.

So simple, yet so perfect.
If you have ever made baguettes, you know what Im saying here. The dough is very loose and without a board...gets out of shape. Flipping board, so very handy. Nice product. Well made.

Well-made and effective design
Nicely constructed transfer peel for demi-baguettes. Though it takes olive oil well (and doubtless should be oiled periodically) it works best with a floured surface. Certainly beats the splintery piece of scrap board I was using, and stores much better hung on a hook on my baking table.

Quality going down
Small dents are all over! The shape is rough . Very poorly made compared to my last purchase!
