From the get go, my iPad kept giving warning signs whenever I tried to charge it with this cable, but I went ahead. The cable worked for a few days and went dead. Good question asked by others, how did they come by the five, four, three, and even two star ratings? I will default to my old way of assessing prospective purchases: don't go by huge positive ratings, look at the amount of negative ratings. You can usually read a lot between the lines between just disgruntled buyers and those giving genuine warnings that everything isn't what it seems and one can pretty much make a fairly good informed judgment. I'm glad Amazon permits editing reviews because you can't always know how good a product is when its value comes from a prolonged use.

I was thrilled to try out these chargers, because we all have apple products at my house, and there are never enough chargers to go around. I have had concerns using non apple chargers, and have heard that they can damage apple devices, but never knew if that was true or not. I did try some from the drug store, but they only worked a few times and then they were dead. I have also have trouble with the brand name apple chargers, where the rubber part would tear near the plug end and the wires were exposed. I had one that had burn marks on it and could have caused a major fire in my home.The package arrived, and it actually had two chargers in the package instead of one, so that right there was a win for me. The cable is thicker then a standard Apple cable, and it seems more sturdy as well. It fits the sockets well, and seems to charge at the same speed as an Apple cable. I would gladly buy a few more of these to have on hand since I like to keep one in my purse and one in my car as well.

These seem to be ok after 1 week of use. They don't fit the lightning port very well. I have to push 1 of them in very hard, and wiggle to remove. The other is also not very smooth but slightly easier. Let's see how long they last. Most of my knock off "MSI certified" cables just stop charting after couple months. Only time will tell.Review updated dropping 3 stars to 1. Both cables failed by May with only 4 months of non-daily use.

After seeing incredible reviews for these cables, I thought it was a safe bet to buy these cables. It turns out, however, that neither cable works consistently. One does not work at all (if my iPhone even acknowledges it - it says the cable isn't compatible). The other cable is on and off every other minute - really frustrating. Perhaps I received a bad batch, who knows. But I will not be buying these cables again.PLEASE NOTE - This is the first time I have ever left a 1-Star review on any product, I am not leaving this review just to bash a product. Only sharing my experience.

Purchased a 4-pack of the KT charging cables in Sep and they worked great, fast and reliable. However, now in less than four month's time, three of the four are no longer working - upon plugging in I get the dreaded "this accessory is not supported..." message and no charge is provided. Was very satisfied initially, but now am left searching for other options.

100% fake 5star reviews. The cable is a piece a crap. I had bought it in January 2016 as a backup to my original lightening cable and started using it this month. forget rapid charging, The cable doesnt charge my phone nor other devices . The company doesn't back up its faulty product with neither a refund or replacement option After claiming product lifetime warranty on Amazon's website.

I was skeptical, but decided to try one of these $2.59 lightning cables with free two day shipping. I am glad that I did. This cable works just as well as the one that came with my iPhone 6. I never got any message on my phone saying that the cable may not work or was not compatible with my phone. My phone is updated to ios 9.2.1. I now use the cable in my car and am very happy!

Bought this item as a 2-pack. Both worked great until 1 stopped properly charging my devices; got about 1.5 yrs worth of use. I'd intermittently get an "accessory not supported" message. I'd plug my iPhone at night to charge and find it only partially charged (20-25%). It wouldn't charge my iPad at all. All my other charging units fully charge my iPhone & iPad.
