After 2 Yrs & 3 Months of Use, Decided it's time to Review This Chair!
TDLR - Overall this chair is an excellent value for the price, with some minor issues that shouldn't really stop you from buying at this price point. I would say the chair itself is a solid 4-4.25 stars, but customer service pulls it up to 5 stars for me.A little back story - In April 2020, my company was making the switch from in office to work from home at the start of the pandemic. Knowing I would be spending many more hours in front of my computer, I needed to upgrade my then deteriorating chair. I was looking for something modern looking (check), numerous adjustments, like multi-directional armrests (check), mesh back (check), easy rolling capabilities (check), and not ridiculously expensive (check!). The Sidiz T-50 fit all of those requirements and (at the time this was incredibly important) available!Little did I know that merely one week after receiving my chair that I would be laid off from my job where my company used the pandemic as cover to trim about 10% of the their work force. Mostly older, higher salaried employees. Unfortunately I got caught up in that and was then forced to spend even more time in my new chair as I was now looking for employment, trying to launch a freelance business, learn new software, and then playing games to relax.Overall the chair has performed admirably! But after the first 6 months of heavy use I noticed the seat cushion was becoming unbearably flat and not springing back after long sessions of sitting. I contacted customer service to inquire about the problem and they shipped out a new thicker cushion immediately! That cushion is the one I'm sitting on right now and has held up really well over the almost 2 years since getting it.I will say that things have started looking up and I've starting getting regular freelance work that requires 7-8 hours during the day. Then I game and do personal projects in the evening. This has me spending even more time in the chair and the thicker cushion is starting to show signs of not being as resilient as it was in the past. I'm considering a replacement. However, it does still hold up for 80% percent of the time and still bounces back overnight. As I stated in the beginning overall this chair is a solid 4-4.25 star chair with customer service and ease of assembly bringing it to an overall 5 stars. Here are some of my likes and minor issues in more detail:-Adjustability, while overall it has a really nice set of ergonomic adjustments, my favorite being the armrests moving forward and back as well as in or out. But, because of my longer legs and shorter torso I would love to see one more notch on the height of the arm rests and on the seat. As it stands now the seat is at it's lowest and the arms are at the highest and I'm still about a quarter inch to half inch off my ideal arm location with my current desk.-Back Adjustability, I love the mesh back and lower back support. Both are supportive and the mesh helps keep me cool during long hours of sitting. However, I would prefer adjustable tension on the recline. You can only lock in one of three positions or freely recline. But the free recline tension is too weak for my frame and is uncomfortable. Luckily for me I was able to find a locked position that was a good compromise.-Style, overall I love the look. It's modern looking and the materials have held up over time (except for the seat cushion mentioned above.) Also the armrest padding has remained intact and comfortable the entire time. Though, the neck/headrest is mostly just for show. As it doesn't lock in a way that makes it very useful and for me it's highest point is too low to be of use. Though I do, on occasion, recline back and use it briefly.-Wheels and Base, the wheels glide smooth on my hardwood floors and don't leave marks or scuffs. The base is sturdy and holds my weight well. Though the chair seat does wobble a little in it's base. But for me it's not really a bother.-Size, another plus in my book, I have a very compact area to work in my "home office" corner of my living room and the chair fits nicely in the space allowed and is maneuverable enough to get around without bumping into the couch back and my book shelves. If you've read down this far, thank-you as I feel really strongly that this chair was an excellent purchase for me (even with my extenuating circumstances) as it nearly matches the ergonomics, as well as the styling, of more expensive chairs, but at a better price point. While you can definitely go cheaper, I feel you may sacrifice on materials, comfort, and customer service.PS - Please excuse some the mess in the pic as I'm in major need of an overhaul of my workspace.

It lives up to the hype! *UPDATED REVIEW*
UPDATE 6/5/2020I was so happy with this chair that I immediately gave it 5 stars and all the accolades that it deserves. Well, a few days into using the chair, I noticed that the seat cushion was defective. It was defective in a way that the foam gave out way too soon. I am 6' tall, 195lbs, and I don't think I weigh enough to wear out a seat cushion that quickly. So, I reached out to Sidiz and they were very helpful with my concern. They took time to figure out what could be wrong with the product that I received and sent me a replacement cushion. I received the replacement cushion just an hour ago. I inspected it and compared it to the original seat. They sent me a seat that's about an inch or so thicker. I also noticed that they used a different foam material. Or maybe it's just the color. Anyway, I installed the new seat and I have to say that it is so much better! Yes, it is much more firm than the original seat, but there is enough give to it that my butt settles into it quite nicely. I also experience pain on my coccyx due to a snowboarding accident years ago, and I don't have that problem with the new seat. This is the first time I experienced that an Amazon vendor has given this much attention to a customer's concern on their product. And for that, I give them 5 stars! As for the squeaking sound you hear, it's coming from the lumbar support section. It's a sound produced when 2 plastic parts exert pressure against each other. I imagine that this can be alleviated by adding a thin layer of padding. Unfortunately, there is no way to access the screws on the lumbar support unless you peel away the mesh back. The sound only comes out if you're moving too much on your chair. If you are very restless, then, you'll hear more of that sound. It doesn't bother me at all because I sit pretty steady. So, that's that. I am a happy camper! I recommend this product, not only because it's a good one, but because the company has a very good customer service!_______________________________________ORIGINAL REVIEW:I just got this chair delivered minutes ago and I was so excited and assembled it immediately. It took less than 10 minutes! Lay down the feet, put the spring, attach the back onto the seat. Attach the arm rests. Position the chair onto the spring. Voila! All of the chairs that I have bought, returned, or given away, have all been short in height. I was skeptical about this one. But the fact that it has a seat height adjustment on top of the spring mechanism, is amazing. I am actually seated perfectly now, with both feet flat on the floor with my knees bent at 90 degrees! The other amazing thing about this chair is that it comes with adjustable armrest height. This enables me to position my arms properly, and straight reach to the keyboard and mouse. Again, that angle is critical and I am definitely glad that this chair allows me to have that. The adjustable lumbar support is also a welcome change. Gaming chairs just give you that pad, which does nothing, really. With the T50, the lumbar support can be adjusted to what your body needs! I did wish that the horizontal adjustment added another inch. Even the headrest is adjustable! They really thought of everything! One thing I wished it included was a selectable tilt angle/height. There is just normal and the high level. Nothing in between.Well, almost. They didn't add a leg rest. Then again, if they did, I'd be sleeping on this chair! And we don't want that now, do we? =)
