I love this product. I have 4 small dogs that I keep inside most of the time. So I have to clean my floors everyday due to the pet hair and some mistakes that are made. It's light weight, easy to use and it came with 10 extra pads. So I don't have to go out and purchase any for a long while. It's easy to move from one place to another due to the fact that it takes less water than my older model.I would purchase this item again.Toni

Mopping is not my favorite, but I dont seem to mind as much with this system. I love how many extra pads you get! The actual mop "head" is not super large, but its sufficient and does the job. I suggest saving a few back like I have because you never know how long they will last. The pads do not shed at all. And I use hot water, detergent and a splash of bleach.

Got this teal mop set with 10 pads today. I love this set. It is easy to use and compact. I thought the bucket would be overly large but it is a perfect little size - easy to carry and empty via bottom plugs or just pop the top off and dump. Not heavy at all, great for elderly - easily lift. The pads are well made and a nice thickness. I fill the Wash side with cleaner/water to just below the inside divider so all of the pad is wetted. The scrub grooves do a good job cleaning the pad while dunking a few times and rubbing the pad against them. To squeeze excess you then push into the dry side - yes it is a bit tight while pushing down - it is supposed to be to do it's job of squeezing. It pulls out easily and the pad stays put on the head. If you look at my photo #2 it shows pockets on one short edge of the pad. These fit over the plastic tabs on the underside of the mop head shown in photo #3 - they are teal colored. The head also has molded "velcro" patches you can see to grip the pad well. This combination holds firmly. To fold the head against the pole so you can slide it into the bucket entries - in photo #1 you can see the groove that the mop head folds into. If you match the groove on the pole with the correct mop side and lean the mop down towards the floor, it practically retracts the head against the pole for you. So you don't have to touch it. Push the opposite side onto the floor and it flips down and you can wash. The head swivels nicely too. The pole pieces screw into each other except the short piece which has a push button to slide onto the mop head. It fits together tightly, no wobble. Feels solid. On a dry floor, a fully squeezed pad may be hard to push along the floor so I like to just rub some of the water out using the grooves on the wash side, swipe the floor a bit and then squeeze it on the dry side and go over the wet floor and absorb the excess. Works well doing that and the little extra water sitting on the floor while you squeeze the pad dry helps loosen dirt better than a barely wet pad. What I really love is it's ability to effortlessly spin into narrow spots between chairs, etc. and get into corners. Very easy to get the hang of this mop after one use. I am going to have my mom try it. She wants another spin mop but this is much better and she'll love it. So I know I'll be ordering another. One more thing. When you pull the bucket out of the box, you may see a small rectangle rubber pad - it fits into a slot on the bottom of the bucket near the drain plug. Mine doesn't stay so I'm gonna super glue it. So, check the box before you chuck it out. Overall, great set - with 10 pads. I think it is a little pricey. What could make it better is a few pads with some scrub bristles for tough spots.

Ok. Let’s see. I mop literally every other day. We have 4 dogs and 4 kids. This mop is cute. That’s about it. It came with 10 pads. I understand why now- You can use it in a small area and then you have to switch to a new one. I thought that the “dry” side would pull the dog hair off that didn’t get picked up by the broom. Nope, that hair just sticks right there being drug all over the floor. The pads really need to come over the side, as the mop doesn’t get the edges AT ALL and that’s even with putting good pressure on it. It just runs right over the dirt close to the cabinets. The handle— it’s very flimsy. I’m pretty sure after two or three times mopping, it’ll snap. The mop head needsTo be bigger. It’s just not that great in general.

Makes mopping FUN! I'm so shocked at how practical it is. I am glad I spent the money. Easy to use, wide enough for bigger spaces, and it's compact.

EDIT 5/14/21: this mop is indeed still amazing, however, there needs to be a design revision. On one side of the mop head, there are small “tabs” that the pads slip over to hold in place (very smart) so that when you “squeegee” the mop, the pad doesn’t come off. I’ve had this mop since the first week in April and now one of the 3 tabs has broken off. When I squeegee the mop, that corner of the pad now gets stuck because there’s nothing to hold it down. Super bummed, of course my return cutoff was 9 days ago.Original review:So far, amazing! The pads are super plush! I’m loving the compact design of the bucket. One of my favorite details is the magnet on the neck that snaps it into place for dipping and wringing! I do need to make about 10 passes when wringing the water out to get most of the water out of the pad, but it’s not a big deal. It’s so easy. My other favorite details is the brush-like plastic feature on the wash side that scrubs the mop pad - it really makes a difference! Overall, I’ve had this mop for about 2 days so far and I’m very happy.

Great product!I've let a friend borrow it and she is ready to buy one now! I took it to work and we had our whole clinic mopped in just a few minutes.I would highly recommend to anyone!
