Easy to install, smooth operation
Replaced a no-name builder's sink faucet that kept failing. Took 15 mins to drop the disposal to make room, about a half hour to remove the old faucet (had to cut a hose due to corrosion) and less than a half hour to install. Simple and straightforward.NOTE THIS IS A LOWER FLOW SPRAY! Like your shower, meant to reduce water usage. Seems plenty strong for dishwashing, but unlike the old sprayer, not a power washer! Frankly, a good idea given potable water shortages, just takes a bit of getting used to.

Very nice design and works very well
Received and installed the faucet 3 weeks ago.The installation instructions were easy to follow and it took me around 3 hours to complete. This included the time to remove the old kitchen faucet.The product looks great as shown in the advertised pictures and everything seems to be working so far. I will try to update this comment in a few months when I have used this faucet for a while but for now I am giving it 5 stars (very happy with its look and function)First time I connected the water hoses I had the cold and hot water swapped but no issue with the flow as some other users have reported.However, after correcting the issue I noticed I didn't have any cold water. The problem turned out to be the cold water hose being bent and preventing the water flow. I straightened the hose and everything seems to be ok now.

Mostly really good
We bought this faucet for a new prep sink in our kitchen.So far, we like how smoothly it operates.However, it's tricky to get the pull out sprayer back in the "park" position and it often falls back out.Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Great looking faucet
We had a plumber coming out to work on a pipe issue and had him install this faucet for us. He said it was a really good quality faucet. I have enjoyed using it for about the months now. Temperature control is easy. Flow control is very sensitive. The single nozzle is ready to use as a sprayer with a control to stop flow temporary and to change to harder spray all in your hand. I'm so happy with this purchase.

First Thought it was a good faucet
I have had this brand before and thought the quality was 5*, unfortunately, this faucet is a piece of junk. First off, after owning the faucet for a year the PLASTIC nozzle stopped working after 5 months. After repeated calls and emails to the company I finally received a replacement. Now after another 5 months the PLASTIC nozzle broke exactly the same way, does not return from spray to normal and there is no way to clean or adjust the button. I contacted the company 2 weeks ago and still no reply. In addition, the nozzle is not magnetic so it must be aligned perfectly in the slot, REAL PAIN. I would suggest buying another model

I like the pause option
It's a great faucet. Clean simple lines for a modern look. I like the finish and I don't see it covered in water spots.The sprayer has the usual options for flow or spray but this one also has a 3rd option for a pause. I find this helpful for filling our water pitcher. Is it a necessity, no, but I'm happy with it.

Best brand on the market. With a price that fits most peoples budget.
This brand of faucet is German engineered, but made in China. No plastic on these faucets. I have used this brand in several of my kitchen remodels and never had a problem.
