They're not the an excellent quality because the main body of the weight is metal but the part that hold the weights is plastic, but It works to resolve! Also the pin to change the weight is not really good! Fir sure it is going to fall in any moment, so better is you keep a weight always because otherwise it will get damage pretty fast.

This item was pricier than i'd ever normally pay on gym equipment, or a gym membership anywhere. *** BUT **** being stuck at home, and almost all free weights/dumbbells in my comfort level sold out online and in stores, this was SO worth the money. YES A bit "clunky" at times.. BUT its very easy to change the weights quickly, i'm able to do many different exercises with them, plus - they are very pretty. ;) I also got lucky - and it was in stock when i ordered - so i got it pretty quickly. My only note: be careful if using against the body or holding on the red weights vs the handle itself. While the lock is pretty good... it is possible to accidentally unhinge it and the weights fall off while using. It only happened to me once... but that was enough.

Weights are exactly what I was looking for but the weight felt so little off so I weighed them and they are about 2lbs off. The 5lb bar is 3.2lbs, all the way to the 25lbs which weighed 23.4lbs. That was disappointing.

Easy to use! I love the quick adjustment between weights. I workout online with a trainer and am able to switch weight amounts quickly from exercise to exercise. I am really happy with the value. The space saving nature of the product was what attracted me to it, and these met all expectations!

I love these. I remember when this type of free weight came out and I always wondered how they would work and now I see. The slider is easy to raise and slide to the appropriate weight. The bar bell is fat and fits my hand really nicely and does not gouge in with weight. I would definitely order these again and suggest them to purchase if you are curious. I love the bright color I ordered also.

It's an adjustable 25lb weight set. The only down side is that it is clunky what you move the weights because it's not a solid one piece weight. This is to be expected.If that bothers you, you may want to purchase a small set of solid weights. For me, I don't mind it and the convenience of a
