Lightweight Waterproof Durable Backpack - Best for Hiking Travel Camping Outdoor Sport School - Packable Daypack for Men Women

Backpack is pretty much what I expected for the price. Construction seems pretty sturdy but I did see a spot where stitching looks loose. I have not used it yet but I feel comfortable in the knowledge that it will hold up. Overall the backpack seems to be made of a lighter version of nylon which may offer some weather protection, however, the side pockets are made of a fabric elastic that most certainly does not look water or moisture resistant. My suggestion, for added protection, is a medium sized backpack rain fly or do what I am doing and put items in dry bags. I think this pack will be great for small trips that only last for a few days.

Bag worked perfect for my trip to japan and kept all my electronics dry. The inner zipper on the top pouch did break on my trip, but I fixed it with a safety clip and it didn't really affect my use with it. The bag is light weight and is very easy to fit all your electronics, jackets, and any extra supplies you might need.

This is an excellent day pack. I used it all day in a steady rain. It is comfortable to wear and seems durable. Buy a rain cover or put your gear in plastic bags in the backpack like I did. It will not keep water out in a steady rain. Besides that (which I expected) I love it.

All the positives just as it is described. Used it first time as a daypack to travel thru NY and NJ for 2 people, kept everything organized and had more than enough room and compartments. Plan on using for everything like going to the beach and biking. I'm sure it would work well for at least overnite necessities; and very comfy to wear and carry

I don't think you can find a lighter more useful backpack for the money. Used it on sightseeing excursions in Alaska. Very happy with my purchase. I didn't see any serious rain but was able to take foul weather gear and more for my wife and I in it.

Price is right. Good bag. Stores small when not in use which is important. Can leave it in trunk and it takes up noSpace.

If you're looking for a lightweight backpack for hiking, camping, or just carrying your stuff, look no further. This is a great bag! We have gone through our fair share of bags of the years with camping so we look really closely when it comes to buying a bag. We want something durable of course. We do not want to have to worry about seams ripping, cords snapping, or buckles cracking with simple use. We also want a bag that is going to protect out belongings from the elements. And we most definitely want a bag that is going to be on the lighter side of things. You do not want a bulky bag that is going to add a bunch of extra weight. We got all of that and then some with this backpack.The first thing we noticed was how incredibly light this backpack was. It weighs only seven ounces! You would not think a bag that light would be durable but it is. For part of the review, I packed a bunch of random items into the bag just to see how much I could get in before any seams would pop or materials stretched too thin. Did not happen. The backpack stood up to all the stuff I shoved in. The next test was truly packing it. We had the opportunity to try it out for a day hiking with friends. It was great! I was able to pack everything for myself and husband in the one bag. That was super convenient. Even with holding all our stuff, it never once felt too heavy or as if the material would fall out on me. It also rained while we were making our way back to our site so it showed just how waterproof it was.The backpack also has a good bit of compartments to keep your things organized. I do not like to store my toiletries with my food/snacks so I like having a separate area, with good space, to house everything. On the outside of the bag, you have some loops to connect items you may need as well as pockets to store water bottles. The pockets are very stretchy and have an available strap to better secure whatever you should put in the pockets. I also enjoyed having the padded straps although I think a little more padding would be nice. Overall, we have enjoyed this bag in the time we have used it. I most definitely see this being our go to bag!
