This is exactly what I was looking for and such a great price. Not only does it look great, the pole feels so smooth and the finish was really nice. Better than expected and the perfect addition to my outdoor living space. 2 thumbs up!

Ordered 6 at one time and they came in four different shipments apparently from two or three different providers even though they were in stock and supposed to be delivered on the same day.Two were missing end caps, which Amazon did nothing to replace but one of the providers stepped up to replace when I asked them directly.The top half of poles don't have the holes always aligned properly, where it connects to bottom, so I'll have to redrill two of them.Poles are VERY top heavy due to height so you really need to secure them well and I would not recommend hanging more than one string of lights per pole. I secured them in dirt alone first, forget it. You need concrete and if screwing into a deck or patio, go with longest screws you can.Packaging was crap, no wonder two caps fell out.Carabineer was useless. I replaced them all with better ones.Will see how long they last.I do like that they are easy to take down if winds get to be high.

I love this pole - the finish is matte, which means it doesn't show any dirt or other issues. Installation was a snap-I screwed it to my deck and got my lights hung in about 10 minutes. I'm writing this review sitting in my chair under the lights. Plus, it's American made! What more could you ask for?

USED ON OUR DECK TO SECURE LIGHTS. WE LIVE IN A CAMP GROUND AND WANTED LIGHTS ON THE DECK TO ATTACH TO MY PRIVACY WALL AND BOOM THIS SOLVED ALL MY PROBLEMS..

Light pole was exactly what I needed. The pole seems sturdy, it was easy to install, and looks nice. The textured matte finish looks great with my other outdoor furniture. The pole came with instructions and a carabiner clip to hang the lights. Great that this is American made too

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this for hanging string lights or deck sails or anything else. Highly recommended.

Acceptable but the pole is jointed and is not sturdy at the junction. We needed to reinforce the pole at the junction to enable it to stand straight.
