Siena White wood classic rocking chair

The box came pretty damaged and the parts where not protected. The wood under the seat was split partially but not all the way through. The paint job is not very good either and I had to clue one of the seating areas panel.I also had difficulty to figure out the first picture of the Instructions.I decided to keep it bc I need it and was afraid to put it back in that box.All together I was disappointed.

Absolutely a nightmare to put together. I think they even shipped me a used unit.

I bought this for our nursery and it's a pretty nice rocking chair. My wife says it has a good rock to it. The seat is really pretty comfortable - nice and curved. The back definitely benefits from a cushion or blanket as the back slats are pretty much just straight up and down. Generally it seems sturdy and well-designed.The wood on this chair is sturdy, but not amazing. When the chair arrived a lower brace piece was broken, and because the baby's about here I decided to repair it with wood glue rather than try and exchange it or get a replacement piece sent out. It looked like maybe the break happened in shipping or at the warehouse. The repair is sturdy and looks fine, but just made the assembly take that much more time. So while I'd say the wood is plenty sturdy for a rocker, it's not the type of wood you'd see used in fine furniture - definitely some imperfections that the paint job is hiding. If you drive a screw too hard you can definitely split this stuff.So, although it's not perfect, it's the best rocker we were able to find on the market and seems sturdy enough to last for many years.

Got this chair as a gift for our new house, and it's my favorite spot in the house! Comfy, smooth rocking motion (I easily assembled it one night after baby went to bed) and I love it. I have been using different cushions for it, but will probably order them to replace mine soon, so can't say anything yet about these cushions. Looking forward to getting the child one to match :-)

It really is a beautiful chair, however the assembly instructions are terrible. No written instructions and very small diagrams. Additionally, two of the screws were too long and went right through the legs causing a whole on the other side. I had to go to the hardware store to get shorter screws and white paint to touch up where the screw went through. I would recommend using wood glue in all joints during assembly.

I love my rocking chair. The white is so versatile and any pillow color will work. Perfect for a baby's room, but it also fits into any decor. And the chair is so comfortable too! If I had a bigger house, I would buy one for every room....
