Crazy whacked out fuzz like no other
Crazy whacked out fuzz like no other! But the lack of an external volume knob really hurts its real world usability. There is an internal volume pot, but you can't really use that to adjust it at practice or live. Every room is different and demands a different distortion volume, and that's coming from somebody who isn't picky about stuff like that at all. Also, a lot of the nuances of this fuzz get lost at high volumes, kind of turns into a blast of noise (which is amazing in some situations! But very one-flavored vs using it at low volumes) Mostly I find this guy sitting at home waiting to be used for fun (a lot of fun!) or, hopefully, on a future whacked out guitar solo recording with my band. Pedals with few buttons are great imo, but yeah this one really needs an external volume knob.
