I had been using plant-based milks as an alternative to cow's milk since I had developed a sensitivity and while I enjoyed (and still enjoy) PB milks, having the alternative of goat milk has been a pleasant surprise. It's creamy and while I found that it has a slight difference in flavor profile to cow's milk and PB milks, it is not off-putting (to me). Mt. Capra recently upgraded their processing equipment (per an email from a company representative) making it dissolve quickly into warm or hot water. I use it in place of a coffee creamer and really enjoy the creamy and very slightly sweet flavor that it adds.

A: Meyenberg's milk is produced in the United States. CapraMilk is sourced from dutch farms in the Netherlands. We chose this location over domestic production as the EU (European Union) does not allow genetically modified organisms (GMO's) in animal feeds. The United States not only allows GMOs but actively encourage their use through farm subsidies. By partnering with Dutch farmers, we felt this would ensure the NON-GMO status of our milk powder.

**Q: Bpa in packaging?**
A: Nope! HDPE2 and BPA free!

**Q: For anyone giving this to their 1 year old what are you doing about the lack of vitamin d?**
A: We recommend adding a toddler vitamin supplement if you want your milk to be high in vitamin D. Milk isn’t naturally high in vitamin D so some manufacturers add it. Mt. Capra does not add anything to our milk powder.

**Q: Is this milk ultra pastuerized?**
A: No because it destroys all the healthy benefits of goats milk

Much better than the micro ingredients goat milk powder that I was using for a few months. That one tasted like plastic. This one is creamy and tastes delicious. I already finished half of the container. I use it for hot cocoa, in coffe as a creamer, in baked recipes in place of regular milk, to make lasagna bechamel sauce.
