I have bought several batteries from Lenmar from my Macbook pro to a Canon g3 and g6 camera. This Lenmar DL050B seems to last as long or longer than the original Olympus battery that shipped with my Olympus xz-1 camera.In choosing a battery for an expensive piece of equipment I always shy away from those cheapie no name 10 cent brands. If a battery actually has the wrong voltage for example it can certainly damage your equipment.From what I know Lenmar is a REAL battery maker and every battery I have bought from Lenamr has been as good or exceeded the original. Lenmars cost a bit more than the no names but FAR less than the OEM batteries. I think this battery is a great balance of price, quality, and assurance that it is made correctly and no worries about damaging your equipment.This battery works GREAT for me.BTW it actually is black with Lenamr writing on it..not the plain silver package as shown in the picture here. Works great.

I always look for Lenmar whenever I buy chargers or batteries. "Off" brands just don't last. I have never had a Lenmar product fail and use them in my professional music gear all the way to family flashlights.
