Seals (Polar Animals) Paperback – September 1, 2006

My child is learning to read and this book is a short and easy read which is exactly what a 5 year old can handle as a new reader.

Typically wonderful Pebble books but read the description carefully! This book was not the normal 11x9 inch sized book which was disappointing though my own fault for not catching it in the description. With the smaller size some of the pictures though wonderful are just not showcased as you normally see in this series.

This book is cute, pretty basic but cute. My daughter loves seals so she'll enjoy it. Condition was as stated. Thank you.

The Pebble Plus selections are very accessible for our younger readers. The pictures, length, and text compliment each other. My students like these.

My 7 year old son recently borrowed this book from his school library.The book describes what seals are, what they look like, their body parts, and what they do. They text is easy for young readers. My son needed little help with reading this book. There are also colorful pictures that go along with each page. A good book for young readers that like non-fiction.

Watch size! 6 x 7 tiny. Gets lost on shelf. Other pebbles' are 9 x 11 for about $1.00 more.Content good for elementary.

Great series on arctic wildlife. Awesome photos.
