amazing soy bad price
the best soy sauce i have had the product itself easily 5 starts, the price seems to be steadily increasing though which is very unfortunate, for me £40 is far too much

Well worth it
Once you try this, you will not go back to industrially produced Soy sauce. There's something to be said for a handmade product, especially one which follows traditional techniques. This is a superior product with superior flavour. I usually buy two bottles at a time and order the next two once one is empty as delivery times can sometimes run long.
