If you are a frequent user of soy sauce, this is in a different league. It’s rich, sweet & full of flavour. It’s expensive compared to Kikkoman, Amoy or Blue Dragon but you will notice the difference. You don’t need to use much in in a fried rice or stir fry. However…. try it with sushi - that’s when you realise just how good this is. You can just imagine the Japanese fellow lovingly stirring the brewing soy sauce pits for a year or two before bottling the stuff up.

Why did it take me 60 years to discover such a fantastic soy sauce. Once tasted, you will never go back to anything else.
