Comes with everything you need- seeds, a pot, A TON OF SOIL (so much that i had extra because otherwise the pot eould overflow.)Also for everyone wondering, the instructions are on the cardboard/packaging thats wrapped around it! Dont expect a peice of paper! And to help another issue I see people mentioning is that the seeds dont seem to sprout- the instructions say it could take 4 to 6 weeks to see sprouts, so dont freak out if it takes a long time.Now the only downside is that the pot they give you has a drainage hole (which is good for people who overwater!) But because this is advertised as something to grow indoors youd think theyd give you a matching tray to put underneath to catch all the water/soil that falls out. So buyer beware, you're gonna have to find a plate or plastic water tray to put underneath it if you expect to keep it inside.Also another downside is that there is too few seeds. Yeah they give you like 10 or 12 but usually in my experience with seed packets or grow kits in general is that the seller normally gives you way more than you need rather than just enough so if you feel like u need more or after 2 months and you dont see growth, home depo should have more seeds for sale for cheap ♡

I am so disappointed. This lavender kit was nicely packaged, and looked promising. I followed all of the instructions very carefully. NOT ONE SINGLE SEED GERMINATED! I have grown many varieties of plants and flowers over the years, and have been rewarded with wonderful plants. So, I really don't believe I made mistakes with these seeds. It's very sad, (and expensive) because I was really looking forward to having some beautiful lavender plants.

**After several weeks, I downgrade this to one star. Two thread like strands of lavender died. The rest are still tiny thin, almost non existent green wisps. Directions were carefully followed and I have growth that is smaller and thinner than a blade of grass. A total disappointment and rip off as far as I am concerned. I could have gone to Home Depot and bought one or two complete lavender plants as this measly kit. For those who think this is a great kit for kids, try it. Yes, the expanding peat moss disc is cool and kid messy but no child is going to learn or be excited by this totally lackluster item**This kit caught my eye and I was curious that it supposedly can be grown inside needing only a light misting and warmth. The directions were carefully followed and all we have is five small threads of green. There were not many seeds to begin with and the instructions to spread them carefully was laugh as they are so microscopically small that it is impossible to choose to "do" anything with the seeds other than hope they landed in the soil somewhere since they cant be seen. Disappointed and would not have spent the money had I known that is all there is.

Very impressed. With kids out of school due to COVID i decided to buy these so they could do a mothers day surprise project like they would normally at school for their mom. These are very high quality and were a lot of fun for the kids to put together and paint the pots. I recommend these for sure.

The item arrived well packaged with directions. I planted the seeds about 6 weeks ago and gently watered them and placed them in a warm area with plenty of sunshine. I got one tiny sprout that poked out of the soil that promptly dried up. Nothing else ever grew. Disappointed in this product. Due to the poor performance of the seeds I don’t recommend this product.

I did everything it said but after almost 2 weeks there are no seedlings showing up and am disappointed with the results. Not very happy.

Anybody will like this product, a 90s kid will LOVE it! The “disk of dirt” expands instantly when placed in water - instant gratification, but more it’s like those capsules we had as kids that when placed in warm water would produce sponge shapes/characters. It makes me want to grow those styrofoam cups of grass again like elementary school. I’m excited to bring some natural color into my house and excited at how quick and fun it was to create. Will update with a picture when it grows!!

I waited a while because I wanted to give a solid review. The kit came with plenty of soil and a cute pot but firstly it took forever for the 10 ( Yes very few are included) seeds to germinate then a week later the little sprouts shriveled and died. You would spend less going to Home Depot and buying a packet of so many more seeds and a pot. You're basically spending the 20 bucks on dirt and a pot.
