Perfect, erases great and recieved more of it than expected!
I read the reviews for this product prior to buying, some of them were somewhat negative, referring specifically to it being cut unevenly and also that it does not erase. I ordered it anyways, deciding that I would take my chances....This led me to writing one of my very rare reviews..... Yes, it was definitely not cut straight, BUT, they gave an allowance of 6+ inches to make up for it and all it takes to correct the situation is a srsight edge and a razorblade. So, after properly triming it, I ended up with a 24" x 42" piece.....more than I expected!! I was very pleased that they allowed for their error and in my case, using this for a contents list on the front of my upright freezer, I am very happy to have even more length to write on! As for the reviews of it not erasing....Don't believe those reviews! This material erases perfectly, as it should! I look forward to using this for many years and thank you very much!

Crinkle in Corner
The sheet had a large crinkle in the corner that couldn't be used. Looks like it was crinkled by whatever they use to cut the sheets with. Otherwise, everything was as described.

make sure you ask for the shiny laminated ones. The basic ones don't erase (shadow), even with cleaner.

HUGE waste of time
First, opening this was extremely frustrating. The whole thing was very tightly wrapped in plastic wrap that would not cut, and took forever to remove it all without damaging the roll. All that just to find that this is not magnetic at all, whatsoever. HUGE waste of time. I've already printed the return label.

Poor quality
the surface began to peel off after a few months of use. I don't know what to do with it now.

Doesn't clean very well
This is quite affordable for the size, but we noticed immediately that the dry erase pen doesn't wipe off of this surface very well.
