Hi. is it ptfe free? does it come with lid?
The pot is very beautiful and i like it very much. i am very disappointed now. after a few uses, the handle of the pot is loose. what should i do?

Doesn't stay nonstick after a handful of months
I've used this wok almost daily for about five months now, and it's no longer nonstick. I've only hand-washed it, and I usually use a silicon spatula when cooking with it. As others have mentioned, the handle gets loose quite quickly, but I was able to tighten it again with a screwdriver and haven't had a problem since. The green "OK" thing was never really useful (I think it's supposed to turn green when the pan is hot?) and it seems to be permanently "on" at this point. Overall, it's a decent pan, but it didn't last as long as I would've liked.

In the beginning it was a great pan, light weight, none-sticky. However, after a few months of use, it’s not none-sticky any more. And I only used wood or silicone spatula.

Our new favorite cooking pan
Got this for my wife and one for my daughter for Christmas. In both houses it has became the favorite go to cooking pan. Very nice construction and functionality. By far best pan in the house!!

Coatings comming off after one month of use.
I purchased this product and used two times daily for one month. The coating is already comming off off. I can see the alumninum base. I recommend not purchashing.

Well, the product cooks well. Only negative is the handle is not riveted and seems perpetually loose.

The clean up is nothing at all.
This an excellent skillet to use on medium to low heat on my new smooth-top range. It holds the heat evenly to brown meat perfectly.
