MoFo Rizers - Monitor Focusing Risers

I've been isolating speakers long before I found the Rizers so I'm not new to this, but I needed something to decouple my band's PA speakers from a shelf hanging from the ceiling. These do that. I even isolated my drum kit from the floor using heavy, rubber appliance mats. Different material, but the same principle and same result.They work exactly as advertised. They isolate your speakers from whatever structure is beneath them, which means a lot of cabinet vibration is not transferred to the structure and most of the acoustic energy that was lost is now coming out of the speaker. That means more defined everything: tighter and rounder lows, clearer midrange, and smoother, cleaner highs.I have much more expensive isolation platforms for my studio monitors, and I doubt they're doing the job any better, plus they can't be set at an angle like these can.

I am extremely happy with these MoFo Rizers. Set them up on my desk at work and they bring my monitor speakers up to ear level. I was able to adjust the tilt to get the positioning just right. Images snapped into focus. I had depth of soundstage. Also noticed a little clearer sound. Very cool product! Highly recommended!

These are highly adjustable, instantly result in a better near-field monitoring experience (isolating bass, punchier bass, crisper sound), they allow you to aim the speakers up/down toward your ear, and they look really cool. Give my drab desk suddenly a recording desk "appearance". Can't think of anything negative to say about them. One of the least expensive and most satisfying DAW purchases I've made.

Too large for standard 8" studio reference monitors unless you don't mind the LARGE overhands. These are also not recommended for monitor stands because of the size as well. The ability to adjust the speaker face with the 2-piece design is nice in theory, but in practice you will want to make sure you find your favorite position if you mainly keep your speakers in one spot

These have been a great addition to my home studio. Stands are expensive, and even if you do get stands, you'll need pads. These take care of both needs and you can position the direction of speaks in any angle configuration you need.

These things were great to decouple my monitors and get more accurate audio at the mix position. The foam is no greater nor worse that the "other popular companies", the ability to angle the monitors however, is a unique and very nice touch! 😁

Wow. For the price these babies rule with an iron fist over all the other overpriced foam risers.They are solid in construction through and through and I am really impressed.I don't normally review a product online unless it is Awesome or Horrible, and I felt compelled to get the good word out there for this company and product!I would recommend the set of these over others that are triple the price with half the luxuries and quality!

Great isolation pads. Only complaint is that they are a little big, didn't really look at the dimensions before buying. They take up a lot of room on my desks and kind of dwarf my KRK R5's. Regardless of all that the difference between having the monitors on these and having them on the desk is night and day. Definitely recommend.
