Wow. I don't own a scale but after just ten days of using this product I can tell I've shed weight. i get the best sleep whenever i take this supplement. Idk if it really fights fat but i know i lost weight my appetite started to shrink & the numbers on the scale started to decline. I think it is just a bunch of hype. it never made on ounce of difference. i would only recommend it for severe constipation - even then i don't know how well it would work.

Finished this bottle awhile ago and did notice a difference. I went to Whole Foods when I was done with this bottle to get more, and I hated theirs. It didn't do any thing.
