Product works great , used on furniture and hardwood floors removed mold on contact. Leaves a strong smell and will burn your skin. So wear a mask and gloves. I used in all rooms in closets and hardwood floors. I closed them off and stayed in the master bedroom until smell disappeared, which took about a week. Lighting candles in living room helped with the odor which takes about 1 week to disappear. Also check other websites that offer free shipping. I ordered one more bottle and was able to find several sites that offered the same price with free shipping. 1 gallon I was able to do 2400 sq. feet

HVY DUTY, be sure to have nitryl gloves on as this stuff will turn your skin white and burn. I had to neutralize it with amonia (like brad pitt did in fight club). thank H that worked for me too.

Ygiene-206 Best mold killer on the planet!!
I could not believe how fast and complete this product kills mold spores,so much better than bleach and leaves a very pleasent odor.I highly reccomend for any mold problems where you want to guarantee 100% eradication.I have used everywhere from outside decking and siding to inside bathrooms and shower stalls.Also works great as an all around disinfectant and cleaner.They also carry an odor eliminator by the name of Ogiene.
