Is this definitely gluten free?

I can see there’s a gluten free sauce … however the disclaimer on the normal brands are not gluten free … if you look it up on google it will show you ..

How many packs of this do you get

Hi, this is a tricky one as if it's the wet, ready mixed sauce (which is what I like) you just get one. It weighs 170g and says Heat and pour on the front. However, sometimes I've had substitutions (maybe in error) of the dry powder pepper sauce mix, which weigh 25gram each and they send 6. You have to add water to these, and although cheaper, they're not as nice. Just check what it says on the packet front before ordering - Heat and Pour, or "Mix". Hope this helps. x

Is this the actual sauce ready to heat up or is it the powered version that you add milk to?

Add milk to it, it’s really easy and dissolves without any lumps quickly

I don't do nippy

I like really mild stuff and rarely eat curries (just because I am a riot and can't cope with spice, Heinz Scotch broth is nippy for me!).Cold water, add powder, bring to the boil and continue stirring - it does take a while but I just took my book in, simmer for a few minutes so it thickens up. Plenty for two people. For me it was nippy and had a kick but I could eat it and it is really nice flavour.Reasonable price, I need to order more or nip into Morrisons. Lovely!
