Best to use with a SDS max hammer drill and ...
Used to hold down canopy, feels rock solid. Best to use with a SDS max hammer drill and a ground rod adapter to install. Makes easy work. Used a 5/8 ground rod to install them and it worked flawlessly. Don't buy the installer rod use a ground rod.

Was great at first.
Was difficult to install. Drilled a lead hole with a very long drill bit. That's is not the reason for the one star review.After less than a year 2 of the 6 installed the cable completely rusted out below ground level and broke.

Excellent slackline anchor
I bought 2 of these to anchors for one end of a 45' slackline in my yard. The other end was secured to a tree. That should need 1,000 lbs standing and maybe 2,000lbs when my 200lb body is jumping on it. It has not budged an inch since the initial setup 2 months ago and I have beat it to death almost daily. 5 minute setup and no problems to date. Excellent product.

Easy to place if you do it right.
Easy to drive with 3' of 1/2" rebar and a small sledge. I wish the ends were able to be looped and then clamped but I got it figured out. Way stronger than the twist type anchors. When you're driving them make sure you go at an angle and with the longer of the two sides on bottom.

Everything about it is what you would expect… I was a disappointed in the cables, they were not very heavy, had they been it would've been five star !
