Garbage. I'm an average size person and this is my 5th stone bracelet and this is the only one so small it doesnt fit. Stretched out on your arm so tight it broke immediately. They give you extra string and bead as if they know it will break and they know it's too small. Dont buy from this company.

I was looking for the perfect healing beads to start my everyday stack of bracelets and this is it!I've noticed that "white" string was used to secure the beads vs the "clear" more plastic material string, but the way they've secured the beads does feel sturdy.Will wear daily to see how it holds up. Nice and heavy, feels durable. I like it!

I'm on blood thinners and this item left bruising on my wrist. I was going to only wear it at home. It is nice and well made but unfortunately I have to return it.
