Great for coops, but...
These are better than most of the other options out there. The bowl is deep and it does include the 1/2 x 1/8 female pvc tee's in the package. The plunger is great and doesn't leak or allow water to seep out. However the quality of the 1/8" male nipple that threads into the tee fitting is thin and breaks easily just by a small chicken standing on it. If you have chickens you know they'll jump up on everything.

Cut the spring
If they keep leaking cut the spring shorter. Allows cup to not as fill as much.

The PVC t fittings included do not work!
The cups themselves are great. However the PVC t fittings included do not fit the cups. You can not screw them in at all. You would think the seller would check this.

Works Great!
The watering cups work great. Our chickens started using then immediately after they were installed. I highly recommend this product!

they leak
Every one we installed leaks. It's the first time we've ever used something like this, so it could be something we did, but my husband works on water systems for a living, so I can't imagine we installed them completely wrong. Instead of wasting water we ended up buying a 3 gallon galvanized steel waterer for our chickens.
