The media could not be loaded.  The TurtleMart portable clothing steamer was my first time using a portable steamer. It is compact and it's easy to use. As directed, I turned the top nozzle to the left to open and filled the steamer to the max line with cold water, put back the nozzle and turn to the right to close it but have to make sure the 2 dots are aligned, plugged it in and switch it on with a light that indicates that it is on. This steamer heats up very quickly, is lightweight, and does a great job at un-wrinkling shirts, dress pants and dress. It took me an entire fill to smooth out a button-down shirt, most of the wrinkles came out. I don't think this steamer would replace the iron completely but it definitely helps with the lazy days when I don't fill like taking out my iron board and iron. Water leaks out when the steamer a little tilted. The design and material is well-made with long 6.5 ft power cord. Great size for traveling.

I've read countless reviews on various steamers and all I've learned is the only reviewers giving these things 5 stars are the ones who got the steamer for free or discounted in exchange for an "unbiased" review. This thing is garbage and I returned in immediately. It just ejects hot water onto the garment and doesn't remove any wrinkles or creases. Don't waste your time or money. And please read all of the one star reviews before purchasing. None of these produce ample steam

I love it! It's great for small jobs. I use it to steam bars of soap that have soda ash on the top of them once the bars have cured. It works perfectly for what I need. It doesn't hold much water at all, so don't go into a de-wrinkling job with this thinking you're going to steam every wrinkle out of your wardrobe in one filling of the water chamber. To be honest it will probably need to be refilled after 2-3 garments if not more frequently.

probably the best houseware purchase i have ever made, item heats up quickly, works as described, ive used it 20x in the past month, and havent had to turn my iron on in weeks !

This item was broken when I received it. I purchased it for a recent vacation. When I plugged it in, it just sprayed and spewed water everywhere!

Considering the size of this steamer, it gets the job done. I had to fill it four times to steam drapes for my patio door, but it is very effective.

Worth about what I paid for it. In retrospect a larger one would have been better since it takes hours to do a full 10x25 green screen with this model.
