Too Busy Not to Pray Study Guide: Slowing Down to Be With God Paperback – May 11, 2013

I studied this book with a group using the DVD that goes with it. This was an in-depth approach to prayer. I learned things about prayer that I had not realized in my 71 years of life. I've been a praying person for at least 45 of those 71 years, but there was so much more to learn. Studying the book as a group helped also.  Too Busy Not to Pray Study Guide: Slowing Down to Be With God I also purchased the book. However, you can learn a lot just using the study guide.

Studying this book with my pastor. What an incredible learning tool this has been. Uses everyday, real life experiences is such a way that i often find myself thinking, that;s me. I have found this book to be compelling reading. it has shown me why I need to pray and what has hindered my prayer life. It will be a blessing to you if you read it,

I really enjoyed this gentleman's views on prayer and praying. Our church's women's group are doing this as a bible study for as long as it takes to cover the entire book. It has certainly made an impact on how we each view prayer and praying to our Heavenly Father and Almighty God!

This study guide was a big help to me in reinforcing and helping me to apply Bill Hybel's message in his book. I didn't buy the study guide as a part of a class. I have just found that reading the book and reading the study guide has been a tremendous help. I'm glad that I bought the study guide.

I enjoyed this book study and has helped my prayer life. I appreciate how specific it was in with some verses. Most of the questions were very good also. Easy to read.

Completed this study with a group. I wasn't thrilled about doing "another prayer study", but I found this one to be very easy to read, easy to discuss and challenged me in some ways I hadn't considered. Worked well for people at many different stages of their walk with Christ.

Too Busy NOT to Pray, says it all. In a world where we are consumed by our busyness,we often times forget where the answers to our problems, and our joy, really come from. This book brings us back to the reality that our peace comes from our close and continual relationship, and communication, through prayer, to God.

Great Study Guide to go along with the book. I intend on using it for my Church's Small Group. Wonderfully written.
