From the materials to its performance, this mat is great value for money. The slightly higher price than many other acupressure mats, is justified by the coconut fibre filling and thick cotton that make up the mat. Others have commented that the mat smells like it comes from a warehouse, but the mat arrived smelling softly of mint or Eucalyptus. To my surprise, the pillow that comes with it is bean filled, so you'll have no difficulty shaping it to your head or for those hard to reach places on your neck! The acupressure pads themselves are very sturdy and do not give when you lie on them. The spikes also appear pointier than most other mats I've seen (but from a pain point of view, that's balanced out by the higher number of spikes per pad to lower the pressure). The spikes are all of the same height as well, which the photos don't necessarily show all too well. Overall, I'm very glad I bought this mat and the 5-star reviews are fully deserved.

Amazing product for the price! Made with organic high quality materials. Due to the lockdown and being at home for long periods of time my whole body was starting to feel really sluggish. I'm used of getting acupuncture and cupping therapy. This mat and pillow have really helped get my circulation going while at home. All the tension built up already gone after the first use. I love it. Thank you!!

I bought this as I have been suffering with lower back pain for sometime. It has helped ease the pain but it has not completely gotten rid of it sadly. I find the benefits are short-term for me. It is beautifully made and excellent quality for the price. I haven't yet benefited from feeling relaxed using the mat as I still find it quite uncomfortable to lie on but my back pain has been quite severe at times. I also enjoy standing on the mat and this I find gives me a general sense of well-being.

Too early to tell if the product works. I need to use it for a few weeks at least but so far no result as I have only been using it for couple of days. The material is beautiful. From reading other reviews, customers have received bonus massage ball as gift and I did not receive any, never mind but hopefully the product will be beneficial.After couple of months using the product. Love it that’s why I changed the review to 4 star

This product was recommended to me by my friend. I got problem with lower back pain. Arrived quickly, nicely packed, it comes in a woven bag which is very useful. It hurts for first few minutes but then you got use to it. First I started wearing cotton tshirt later tried without, its bearable. I'm using it about 5 days a week for 15-30 mins. It feels great when u get up, relaxed. Last week I was so tired that I felt a sleep on it (on the floor). Never used in bed so cant comment. I didnt use anyother mats so I cannot compare. I would recommend it. Oh and u get free balls with it, but I didnt use it.

Love this mat. it arrived promptly yesterday so I tried it for the first time last night. I used it for 30mins and fell asleep on it as I relaxed so much. Really looking forward to using it more.Great quality and packaged well. The additional carrying bag is perfect. I travel for work so I can take it with me easily. I got this for Christmas for myself having researched and read all the reviews. It is very attractive, love the lotus flower spikes. I am using every day for 20 mins whilst I listen to a Tara Brach meditation podcast and really enjoying it. The initial prickly sensation soon turns to a relaxing warmth and I feel mush better having used it and taken some time out for myself. It is early days, but I am glad I purchased it. Love the pillow and the bag it comes in too.

Good quality product. Would not advise laying on this bare-skinned as the lotus leaves are rather sharp. Only started using recently, therefore, I cannot comment on the pain relief aspect. Value for money could have been better. Also, I thought that this item was produced in the UK (England etc) But not so. Other than that, it is well made and so far so good!
