The unit is solid in terms of construction. Comes with all of the necessary wires that are needed for installation. Instructions are a bit lacking, and much is to be desired in that aspect. There are a few items I dislike with the unit:* It has an annoying beep every time you turn on or off the unit* When you connect your phone to Sync, the display says "one Conencted", when it should obviously say "Phone Connected"-- No way to fix that unless you update and replace the language file* Some buttons have Chinese writing on them, so not sure what they are supposed to say* When using the GPS and listening to music, every time you press a button on the GPS it momentarily pauses the music for the button push* I had to bend a metal tab in order to get the board to seat on the new unit* Unit requires trimming of the black back cover that comes off the original unit in order to properly seat on the unit* HVAC controls on the screen are there for display purposes...I don't think you can change them on the screen like I hoped you could* Time was off an hour. Even when I would manually change the time, it would change back when I would start it again. Had to change the timezone for it to display properlyOverall, it is a decent unit that is a much better option than the stock 4.3" screen.

Unit failed after 11 months. Took my car to the Ford dealer due to a huge power draw when the car was off. I was thinking it would be warranty work not the result of a radio less than a year old. I paid more for the bill at Ford than I did the unit. I would recommend staying away from this product. Besides the unit failing early, it still has Chinese words in different places, outdated maps, and can be glitchy. You get what you pay for. I tried to contact the seller regarding this issue with no reply.

first of all this item does exist and secondly the shipment was pretty fast. Installing wise its not that difficult because is plug in wire you dont have to cut anywires. I gave it a 4 stars because some of the features doesnt really work but overall its a pretty good unit the gps works really so if your looking to upgrade your base model 4 inch screen i will go for this item

It turns off a lot by itself and freezes! Also some of the screen is cut off and it really bugs me!

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. The date nor the time will stay set. Must reset it every time i enter the vehicle, finally i've just given up. GPS doesn't work worth a sh*t. It says I need some sort of map card and the makers of this product were suppose to include that in my purchase but they did not send me one and they don't even have a customer service number to call.. i wasted $250, don't buy this product. After I return this product, I'm buying the actual Ford product.

I installed this product without any issues. The hardest part was removing the center console and the dash. Once installed, everything worked as expected.

It does exist. I received but having hard time getting installed because there are no instructions.

Dont Buy it! Most of the things are in Chinese and does not translate to English. Processor very slow and freezes all the time. Installation is without instructions. It does not integrate with the Mistang System! It is a Scan, don't buy it. I spent over $400 in installation to instal and the remove it.
