While there are many ink cartridge manufacturer's, this cartridge is my top choice for a smooth writing experience. You won't be disappointed!!! Review: Get Schmidt 888 refills at the same time.... - Expect the pen to be dry- I don’t know why - bad quality from seller I would say. No case like picture but I don’t care. It takes a Schmidt 888 refill which is easy to find and not terribly expensive considering the pen. It fits fine just keep screwing it together and boom you have a $10 pen you payed $18 for. Want a better pen? I tried to purchase replacements, but the ones I got did not fit. Seems the refills are no longer available.
