Excellent workout tool, but do not overuse. (40KG, 50KG, 60KG, 80KG)
So I own four different sizes: 40K (90lbs); 50KG (110lbs); 60KG (130lbs); and 80KG (175lbs).I am 5'6'' and weigh a lean 138lb. As a former U.S Army Paratrooper, fitness is nothing new to me; you don't need to be big to be strong. That being said, it can be difficult to gauge which one of these to start with. I first bought the 80KG on January 26, 2019, but I couldn't bend that at all and it still remains to be my strength goal. Since I couldn't bend 80KG, I bought the 40KG on January 29, 2019, which seemed too easy for me to bend it full circle, but it was still good for overhead exercises. On February 4, 2019, I bought the 50KG which was perfect and so I stuck with that for about a month. Then I recently received the 60KG, which is excellent for my current level of strength and I am able to bend it full circle for multiple reps. I don't believe that I would be able to bend the 60KG if I hadn't worked up to it since early February. Every once in a while, I pick up the 80KG to test my progress; I'm pleased to say that I can finally make it budge, but it is a Beast and I'm still far away from being able to bend it to any satisfactory degree. It would have been better if there was a 70KG option because I'm fairly confident that I would be able to bend it for 1 to 3 reps. Anyway, I have to warn you that I've experienced pain in my palm, wrists, and especially elbows when I use these things TOO often. It's very gratifying to bend these things, particularly when you're angry about something....but you will definitely increase the likelihood of strained or sprained muscles if you use them every day. For me, the most common injury was the kind that causes a sharp pain in the elbow or forearm whenever you rotate your hand or grip your first; like when turning a door knob or opening a jelly jar. I suppose the technical term is tennis elbow, it's an agonizing injury and it can take several days to recover from it...so you've got to take it easy with resistance bars of this nature and try not to go rage mode with them; I would advise against using them every day because that was my biggest contributing factor to my injuries. They are incredible workout tools if you use them correctly and avoid overworking your arms and hands.

Good product. Be careful about the strength.
Its a good product you just need to be sure the strength you are ordering for.I am mild exercising person with 5'11" ht and 200 lbs weight, 40 Kg/88 Lbs is a little higher than what I should have ordered for an easy exercise routine.Though product is a good quality and worth the price.

I got this bad boy to help me pump up my chest backstage ...
I got this bad boy to help me pump up my chest backstage at my physique shows. I’ve never seen one backstage, but I remember my father having one when I was little. It worked and this will most definitely serve its purpose. I got the 65, and while it does give em a solid pump, I think a 45 would have been better for my pump work, as the 65 may be challenging for most whom are new to fitness. I like it...might have to buy a 45 to compare however. Coupon codes anyone???

Great quality power twister.
I just got my 50kg. power twister today and I am impressed with the quality. It has a carbon steel spring and also a second inner safety spring. I am giving it a four because unfortunately the hand straps are way too small even for average size hands. I had been using a 30kg. twister for quite a while and had to move up to this 50kg. And to be exact, this power twister is 25 1/8 inches long.

Surprising results.
I've had this product for ten days. I can already notice a difference. I like that it has a paper to show you the exercises that work best, and I play with it while watching TV. My arms are already thicker. I'm not a muscular guy, but like anyone I want to look a little better. It will take a little while before my arms are noticeable to other people, but I can tell they're better.

Carry a big stick
I am very happy with this chest exerciser. Just one word of caution, be sure to put the straps around your wrist before using because it can fly out of your hand.

Excellent and simple to use
I wanted something to help build upper body strength but wanted something simple and low impact. With the Movemint spring bar you can do 4 basic workouts, and after only a week of steadily increasing reps I feel the targeted muscles growing stronger. Along with nutritional supplements I hope to gain a little weight and more strength over time. I bought the starter model with 20KG of resistance, and man is it good enough for me. This is a great product and the price is very affordable. Thank you.

Start light, and work up!
Well I read the other reviews saying to start with the 20 kg, so I did. It was way too easy for me. I work out but I'm not a beast. I'm 59 now but I really needed a stronger one. So I ordered the 40kg, could barely bend it! Going to try the 30 kg and hopefully work up to the 40kg. I think the 30kg is going to be a good starting point for me and most guys who are fairly strong, the 20 kg would be great for women or young kids starting out. I could bend it all day and not get tired. I'll review the 30kg as soon as I get it.
