i did not buy the piston stop just used some old shoe lases which i saw on you tube worked perfit. saw works like a champ

Product seems to be manufactured well, and of quality materials. I've put maybe six hours on the new clutch without incident or noticeable wear. Installation was pretty straightforward...IF you also purchase the removal tool and piston block...which costs a little more than the actual clutch. Fitment was perfect, without looseness or wobble.

This replacement clutch was perfect for my Rancher 455. It only took 10 minutes to install. An inexpensive fix to avoid having to buy a whole new chainsaw.

I bought this to replace my 460 rancher’s clutch. After running the saw for a very short period of time the entire bar and clutch cover were too hot to touch and there was a lot of smoke coming out of the bottom of the clutch cover. I was very afraid I had melted my worm gear or destroyed my crank seals. Luckily i stopped soon enough and did not damage anything.I went OEM and it is working perfectly. I buy a lot of aftermarket parts with good results. This clutch is a total waste of money, more risk than it is worth.

It is early after installation, but the clutch is working well so far and I think it is a good value for the money.
