F.Y.I MUST HAVE INTERNET TO USE THIS!!!
Ok let me start off by saying you need internet access to use the Language Learning with Spider-Man and F.Y.I it does not come with any installing instruction and it won't download to computer. I took me and my sister 2 hours to get it up and running. Also when it comes to the Spanish part it reads some of the words not all of them and some of it is said way to softly to understand. Also it help if you know a little Spanish before you start this. So all in all it would be great for a kid between 9 and 14!! I got for my niece cause she loves SPIDER-MAN and she is learning Spanish in school. I just didn't know what a pain it would be to get it started.

CD, Language Learning with Spider-Man
Overall, I do not like the Language Learning with Spider-Man CD. I like the actual storyline which is good, but it seems to "cut off" at the end as though the story is suppose to continue but does not, so you do not get to enjoy the FULL STORY. The only reason I did not return this purchase to the seller is because the postage and shipping costs MORE than the CD itself! I would not purchase this product again and I would not purchase from this seller again. Rating: 1.0.

Should have guessed...
I purchased this for my 8 year old son who speaks a little German. I wanted him to strenghten his German foundation in order to be able to communicate with family in Europe. I figured this program would be a fun way to increase his interest. Well,the German audio sounds as if the people reading the parts had never heard German spoken before. Their accents are very heavy and they mispronounce some of the words. A fun diversion for sure, but not a way to actually learn German!

Use Language Subtitles on DVD 's Instead
I thought this would be more interactive. All it is is a talking comic book with English to Other Language translation. Many DVD's provide other language/subtitle choices, and the dialogue would probably more helpful!
