When I buy this from Hobby Lobby its always goopy and stale. I assume Hobby Lobby is some kind of money laundering operation, but the Testors brand stuff is always good. When its not stale.

"TESTOR'S" NOT WHAT IT ONCE WAS
I applied several coats of paint at, at least 3 hours intervals over several days. It simply would not cover the plastic trim properly. It did not gloss over and is still tacky after weeks. Further, it is not really very glossy at all. After umpteen coats it still has a granular finish. I used about 2/3 of a can and the nozzle started leaking globs of paint. Luckily only one mishap which I could correct easily. The majority of the drops leached onto my fingers, boo. Testor's used to be among the best model paint. I was so disappointed. I'll have to sand the trim down and re-spray with another brand.
