This work as needed..my 2 year old had some staining on his teeth that the dentist was not worried about but didn't remove..ugh! But this did the trick! It's hard like pumice stone...it does take some effort to remove stains, but worked like a charm!

I wasn't sure how these would work but took a chance when I bought them. They are really awesome and completely remove tobacco and red wine stains from your teeth between dental visits. I wish the tip was a little sharper so it could do between teeth a bit better but overall, it works great and really cleans stains well.
