Slides do not slide on gym floor surface
Bands are strong and steady. I ended buying another set. Needed to have them more elastic and less nylon. The slides would work great on carpet but I'm not working out on carpet. Ended up not using them.

Didn't last long!
Loved then when I first bought them in April. I have used them maybe a total of 10 times and the rubber underneath is already coming apart. Very disappointed! I will have to buy another set but a different brand!

Super workouts.
Didn't know what to think of these but after getting them today and my first work out I know I'll see results!!

comfortable heavy enough to get a good workout
unlike rubber bands these don't pull the hair out of your legs, hairy guy issue. they also provide a real strong band especially the smallest. good workout.

very thick dont roll I absoulty love them way better than the elastic kind. They are a must buy very satified

Great for stay at home workouts
Love them very sturdy and comfortable only bad thing was I couldn’t find the site to download the exercises but I found a few videos on you tube.
