This book came at the perfect time during my shift. I was battling anxiety and hurt from a break up, trying to learn me all over again. It was a breath of fresh air. I read the first couple of chapters within the first few hours. If you are a believer of God and know you fall short, this book is for you. This book came in at the perfect time. I wish I can rate this book higher because it is essential to my daily life now. I’ve even learned more about myself through this journey.
