I have been diagnosed with PMDD, and recently I have also developed additional uterine problems. I have been taing this supplement 2-3 weeks now, along with bioavailable magnesium, and I have noticed a huge difference in reduction of uterine pain. This product contains large amounts of B6, which is recommended n treatment of PMS, PMDD, and depression, by many Holistic practitioners. I also take a maca supplement, and slowly I am noticing my badly out of whack hormones, begin to even out. Sex drive is stabalizing too. I also feel more mental clarity. I will definitely be purchasing this product again. It says 3 cycles for full benefit to be realized.

I have been taking this for about 10 days and have not noticed any difference yet and makes me a little jittery. Will give it some more time and review again in about a month.
