Great Pooper Scooper
The Pooper Scooper is great but the waste bags are quite flimsy - probably disregard them. Highly recommend the Pooper Scooper, though.

Very Disappointing and Would not Recommend
Agree with all that has been said by others. This is NOT like the scoop that Pedigree used to make, just a piece of moulded plastic and not very useful.I would have sent it back but the postage, £2.79, is almost as much as I paid in the first place. So will use the bags and put the plastic grip in the bin.Definitely would not recommend.

Scoop is great but the bags are very weak and could be messy to use. Recommended for the scoop only.
I bought this product just for the scoop, which is a very useful device and difficult to buy separately. However the bags are useless and so thin that unless you have a very small dog it is likely that your fingers may penetrate the bag! Recommended for the useful scoop but throw the bags away.

So there is a spring after all.
This is a puzzle to use at first as there appears to be no spring. However, I finally realised that if you fold the two bits of plastic down so they meet under the handle they form the spring and then the product works quite well for picking up dog poops. No instructions are included with the product.

Lifesaver!
Honestly I thought the idea of this product was stupid but after using I would never go back. It is no harder to use that using without and keeps hands a lot cleaner. It is also easier to clean up the whole mess in one go

Flimsy
This is pretty rubbish compared to the pedigree ones I usually get. Really flimsy and making it harder to pick up.

Not as good as pedigree one
Bought this unable to find my usual Pedigree Pooper Scooper which is continually showing as out of stock. This is not as good. It’s fiddly to use and the opening you are supposed to put your fingers in to operate it are too small. No ‘spring’ to opened and shut the jaws so unless your fingers got the tiny holes to operate it, you have no control. I have stopped using it, waste of money. Poor quality bags too. Months later still looking for the Pedigree one which now appears to be discontinued. Why?
