I received this item with the tamper proof sticker broken and the box open; there's also no option to contact the vendor directly about this, pretty strange. The count in the box is correct and no pads have been opened so I'm using them as I'm preparing for eye surgery. This item works great for cleansing the eyelids and eyelash without stinging or irritation.

These are wonderful. My husband uses medical drops 3 times daily giving a crusty build up on his eyes. We have used this product for approx 8 months every day - highly recommended
