this offered no resistance at all. It may if you're over 5'5", but the vertically challenged will not want to use this if you are looking for good resistance

This is perfect for travel. I need to keep my body toned all the time because I am a senior lady and this is the best way to keep the saggy skin away. Fits in the suitcase and my golf bag too

No resistance for someone that's 5' 0"... had to return, and get another brand with adjustable reaistance.
