Stealth-1 Stingray Black Stealth Hydrofoil Stabilizer

It wouldn't fit on my E-Tec 250 using the rubber inserts soI installed it without them but still had to use a persuaderto get it on the plate. I screwed it on as tight as I could andused the lock-tite provided. It lasted one 60 mile trip but came off on the next trip.Don't think I hit anything because I was offshore.
