Easy from start to finish
I was nervous ordering my kayak off amazon but they couldnt be found locally. 3 hoirs away closest. We did ask them to call us when they pulled up As we were waiting to help lift. They did not call but husband heard truck and walked outside as the 2 drivers set it in front of garage. Then left. We opened it and it was perfect. One loose track rail but we screwed it tight ni am thoroughly happy with purchase and turnaround time came earlier than expected

Oh No!
"OH no!" That was me exact words when the Outlaw arrived. Call the Sheriff and have this Outlaw removed from these parts! Or maybe it was Amazon customer service.Ordered on 05/02/'25. Arrived on 05/12/'25. Damage appeared to be from a 2" strap that was pulled so tight, the keel collapsed. Scratches were lined up with the break, most likely from the straps latch/buckle. On the opposite side, the seat was rubbed as it was the highest point. Most have been from road vibration after the strap broke the keel and it was no longer secured tightly. Also wear on the seat fastening bungee and seat mounts.CUSTOMER SERVICE: I contacted Amazon, eventually talking to a live human :). He was professional and apologetic and issued a replacement to be delivered. It arrived 6 days later on 05/06/'25 in good condition. An outside transportation company picked up the old Kayak on 05/28/'25. There was a little bit of confusion about who was supposed to initiate contact, but we squared it away.RATING: The kayak itself gets 4 out of 5 starts. Anything can get damaged if not properly shipped/handled. I've been in logistics for 30 years, I know... However, the star I subtract from a perfect 5 was not for the kayak but the manufacturers packaging. The kayak gets 5 stars. I would have liked to see something protecting the seat area and maybe something like thick, THICK cardboard tube's on each side of the boats bottom center-line to keep the preasure off the broken area.Other than the damag situation, I love the kayak and have been pleased with customer service.

Very Well Made
Can't go wrong with this kayak. If you're a bigger person, this is the one for you. 6'6 275. Very comfortable on this rig. Easy to stand up on. Tons of accessories available for it.

Missing part
Looks great, but I bought this with the paddle and leash option. Leash came in but the paddle didn’t. If I get the items I ordered i will update review! Also missing the front bungee with the fish logo.

Best Kayak for Lazy River.
I honestly don't fish and kayak for sport and to relax on the river with the family and friends. I have own this for about a year. Bought this for the stability and amount of room on the deck. The Outlaw is not made for speed but it's comfortable for all day use. I am 200lbs farm girl and it paddles just fine for me. {My theory is if you can't load your own kayak, you don't bitch about how slow it is. She can move if you got the strength.} Can stand up and even paddle down the river while doing so. I didn't have any problems turning and handle well with slightly fast but hardly called a class 2 water. I had alot of questions ask about this water craft and where I purchased it. I would feel comfortable taking this kayak on overnight trips and camp on the river bank with my gear. It's very very very hard to even try to tip this vessel. There was nothing I needed to really add to this but I did purchase YakAttack RotoGrip Paddle Holder.

Surpassed all expectations
First thing you should know is that this boat is super stable. Just got it a few days ago and took my first trip to the lake with it. I am not yet good enough in a Kayak to stand to fish but I comfortably sat for about five hours. The seat in this thing is awesome and very breathable. It accommodates a larger guy like myself easily. Since this is made to be stable when fishing a lake, it is not fast to get around in at all. It tracks ok but I think that you would fight it a bit on a windy day. I had no trouble at 5-8 mph winds. Plenty of room on the boat for a small cooler, two rods, paddle, and backpack. I will say that the paddle holding function of the front is convenient but its kind of right in your face. I recommend finding a way to side mount it instead. I did have one disappointment. The small foam rubber pad on the left side came off. I think this was mostly due to the heat, ~90 f. It gets hot here y'all. I stuck it back on but that won't last. Might replace it later with grip tape.
