Size:25 lbs. Tiffany Teff Grass Seed is most commonly planted in pastures for horses, cattle and other livestock. Teff is a warm season annual grass that is also used for dry hay, silage and haylage. Teff's harvest height can reach 3 to 4 ft. and can be harvested multiple times per year. Teff has a nutritive value comparable to Timothy, making Teff an excellent pasture grass seed variety for horses, cattle and other livestock. This seed is coated with a clay based fertilizer to enhance germination and seedling survival. Tiffany Teff may be substituted for Bonus Teff at times. ~ Plant at a rate of 8 to 10 lbs. per acre after the last chance of frost in the springtime. Plant at a depth of less than 1/4 in. Tiffany Teff grows best in firm seedbeds.
