Easy Pho
Made this last night. We thought it was very good considering most of the ingredients were shelf stable. This was easier than most other meals kits we have done although we did need three pots/pans. The flavor was solid - not the best but not bad. I would buy again but would substitute more fresh ingredients (cilantro, basil, etc)

Fun for a kid, delicious for everyone
This made surprisingly delicious pho! My 11-year-old son got this kit for Christmas—a great gift that didn’t get relegated to the toy box after 2 days and that was a really fun experience for him to cook with his dad. I will buy this again for a fun kid-oriented experience (that results in enough dinner for 8 people!!).
