500ml Ocean Spa Bahoma Instant Anti-bacterial Hand Gel

I received my order of this large bottle of Hand Sanitiser promptly.And therefore I can honestly say that this is a genuine product supplied by a company who have been selling their products for many yearsAnd it would appear that som confidence trickster has taken the Bahoma name and used it to Con Amazon customers out of their money.I can assure you as a customer of Amazon for some time who has purchased many things on this website assure anyone wishing to purchase BAHOMA products that this company has also been a victim of the fraudstersAlthough some may think this product expensive I personally do not.It is a large 500ML Pump bottle and comes very well packed.The hand sanitiser gel is quick drying and as it also contains an emollient leaves your hands feeling very soft as if you have applied hand cream and therefore protects your hands from dry skin and also as it contains Ethyl Alcohol is effective at killing germs.It also has a rather nice pleasant aroma.I have very sensitive dry skin and have to be careful what products I use and therefore having used this product would highly recommend to anyone.And being such a large bottle will last for a long time.I have poured some into small handbag sized bottles and given them to family members including my daughter who is a professional carer and has to deal with many different clients some of whom are children

I ordered this in full knowledge of the price and quantity of gel, which is obviously 10 times the size of the usual 50ml gel bottles so in the grand scheme of things i felt that it was not unreasonable to pay £20 for this large 500ml bottle. Shipping was included when i ordered. Upon receipt i quickly realised that this was not just a much larger bottle of pound shop sanitiser. It smells good, leaves your hands feeling fresh and dries quickly. Unlike some cheap sanitisers it does not leave my hands with a sticky residue where i feel like i want to immediately wash it off my hands. It kills 99.99% of all known germs, contains natural emollients and meets the requirements as a surgical hand disinfectant. It says ‘bio-skin therapy’ on the bottle and i’m inclined to believe this given how my hands felt even after the first use. After several uses i’m fully convinced that this is of very high quality and my hands don’t feel dried out. There’s a popular store in the high street that sells 300ml bottles of hand wash for £20. Having purchased, I would suggest that this sanitiser is of similar quality to that. You get what you pay for. To anyone complaining of ‘profiteering’ during the coronavirus pandemic i had looked to buy this previously and it was the same price so i don’t believe that for one second. I wouldn’t hesitate in buying again. Ps. I’m also not affiliated in any way to Bahoma, just a satisfied customer.

Despite a few reviews criticising the price, I believe it's reasonable considering the current circumstances, it is a massive 500ml bottle after all. The product arrived leaking, I don't think the cap was screwed on tightly but there was minimal wastage.The product itself does the job and is alcohol based so it's suitable for killing viruses and has a lovely scent.The product packaging could be improved and the bottle itself is rather basic for a "premium" positioned product.

I use hand gel all the time not just during our current situation. It such a shame that the hand gel is not currently available (I am writing this on the 13th April 2020). The product smells really nice and fresh. One pump is enough to do both hands properly and its not sticky like a lot of them. Going by the amount I have used so far, it should last for some time. It seems expensive, however, I have used lots of different hand gels and this is the best one I have had. It may seem expensive but its worth every penny. Its also well presented. There is an answer to another customers question on the site that is worth reading as it written by the company.

Smells good. Feels a bit thick but doesn’t leave that stickie mess after use. It’s more expensive than what it’s worth though. I believe the materials if this is the price could be better sourced and more economically priced for the consumer. It’s definitely an emergency use only for £23 including delivery. Arrived quicker than time specified and customer service was good. Wondered who APC were with the tracking and responded immediately to reassure. I think that due to the current climate it could be priced lower and more widely available. Luxury or not, it doesn’t matter the title of luxury. At 65% whereas hospital grade sanitiser or standard shop sale ones, it’s not comparable of effectiveness.

The product was very strong smelling ... perfume so much so that you wouldn’t want to use it multiple times a day as a hand sanitiser. it is a gel but it is quite sticky at the start so you shouldn’t really touch anything as that would also become sticky for example the outside of the bottle or handles of doors or anything until it dries.Even than it leaves an invisible layer of gel dried into your hands if your hand gets wet is noticeably there. Your hands are slippy and the channel transfers to touch for example peeling fruit making food eating a packet of crisps piece of chocolate hopefully you get the idea don’t lick your fingerIt is more of a hand wash hence it shouldn’t be labelled to without the words hand wash on itThere is that much perfume smell and taste of it that you really don’t want to use it much which is a pity otherwise it would be a good product considering the alcohol level that is in itA K a hand sanitising hand wash gel sticky and requires washing
