I'm a waitress that must have non slip shoes. I've bought many different types, and it's hard to find shoes that are good looking, comfortable, and ones with a good non slip sole.These have all 3!First is the comfort. Very soft supple shoes that didn't need any break in period. Only problem with this soft shoe is there is no support for those who need it. I do have back and knee problems, and can tell this soft shoe is not meant for those with such problems. So far I like it so much I'm willing to just hope my back does OK. :)As for why I bought them: wet, slippery floors: These shoes rock! These have a really good slip resistant sole, one of the best that I've found. I have no fear at all walking on our floors now. My last pair of shoes had me being cautious. It's so nice to have great non slip again!The fit is (as mentioned in other reviews) tight. I normally wear an 8.5 wide. I took the chance and bought my normal size. They were so very snug. I knew some had mentioned they'd stretch, but decided instead to return for a larger size. I also like to wear thicker socks during the winter, so I ordered the 9.5 Wide. I'm quite happy now. This size does have a little room, and I may have been able to wear just a half size larger than normal, but the full size upgrade is doing fine too. The width feels great, I just have a little more toe room than I really need.I've now been wearing them about almost a month, and my first impressions were right. So comfortable. Great for slick floors. Nice looking too.Now to hope they hold up. Usually I need new shoes every 8 to 12 months depending on the quality of the shoe. We'll see how long these last. With the softer leather and less sole than I normally have I do wonder if they'll need replaced sooner rather than later.I'll try and update several months from now.These reviews are the exact reason I tried this shoe. I'm glad I did. The price was great too!I rated these 5 stars. They are IMO one of the best. Since they don't advertise 'supportive' I didn't deduct a star. I do wish though they did have a little more support.

I have boughten at least 10 pairs of shoes so far this year alone. I never imagined finding comfortable shoes for work would be such a difficult task. I’m a mail carrier so obviously I’m on my feet quite a bit. So far these shoes have held up surprisingly well. They still look practically brand new and I’ve worn them every day almost for the last 3 months. They fit perfectly. Not too loose or tight. They come with a pretty decent insert already and the price is great for the quality. They’re comfortable to walk in, the grip is great, the arc is perfect for me, light weight, and they even look pretty good. Obviously not everything is perfect though. If they were just somehow a bit more cushioned they would be perfect. Not sure if that’s just my personal preference or if anyone feels the same but definitely a great shoe otherwise and so far has exceeded my expectations.

First of all, I go through a pair of shoes a month with my heavy step, wide foot and abuse. Keep reading, it gets way better...Fantastic product for the price.Word to the wise, order some cushion inserts and put them under the stock ones, if you have a high foot impact job. Outside of the cushion, a very nice product for it's price point.EASY clean and DOES polish up nice if your job requires a polished shoe.This is my first purchase of this brand and it meets and/or exceeds the Shoes For Crews non slip offerings.VERY lightweight compared to other brands, but truly is a light duty shoe. Featherweight makes it vulnerable to harsh detergents and chemicals, so if in that environment, seek another shoe. In light duty, expect this offering to last 4 to 6 months, and that is amazing, considering I go through a pair a month!And, yes, yet another product made in China.However, the seams are sealed well, come pre-laced, and only the upper is man made.I highly recommend this product for light duty...I supervise work release inmates in the County Jail.

I rated it four stars because the right shoe is a bit tight around my pinky toe, which means that I have to wrap that toe in small gauze or a band-aid in order to wear it all day without my toe screaming in pain. Maybe I have an abnormally wide pinky toe on my right foot. I don't know lolOther than that, this shoe holds up really well, and it's nonslip, which is perfect for working in a slippery environment such as the kitchen area of a restaurant :)

Without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I've ever used for work. I worked at multiple jobs that prevented me from sitting down for 8 hours. Even though I was on my feet the entire shift, my feet never hurt when I got home. Of course, sometimes my feet would be a bit sore or tender and I would soak them in epsom salt at home, however; they still did not have any pain and I could comfortably work all day!The slip resistant bottoms worked perfectly and were not difficult clean like some other shoes I've had.I wore these shoes 5 times a week, 8+ hours a day, and sometimes even on weekends when I was out running errands (because they are THAT comfortable!) but they still held up for almost two years without any blemishes. After 2 years they finally started to show some wear and tear, mostly at the creases near the front when the toe bends forward, they started to crack a bit.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with a purchase that I was originally very wary about. This is probably my most successful clothing/shoe purchase I've ever made on Amazon. I am THAT thrilled!

These are by no means attractive, but I was looking for comfort not style. I have super flat feet so I needed something that didn't have a super high arch. These took a few shifts to break in but now they are comfy.
