Comfortable 11" pistol grip handle - grip is approximately 4-1/2" of the nominal 11" overall length. Sturdy solid plastic body construction for durability. Orange color for increased visibility of push stick during use. Keeps fingers safely away from table saw blades during operation of powered table saw. Can also be used when cutting with a sharp knife. End is designed to provide a simultaneous engagement surface for both top and side of work piece . When properly engaged with both top and side surface an optimum push angle is achieved. This angle is less than 45 degrees from the table to allow more force to propel the work piece into the saw cutting blade while applying a smaller downward force to keep the work piece in contact with the table top.

Buy two
I've used this for months now when I use my table saw. I still have all my fingers. I recommend buying two to keep both hands away from the spinning blade. The feel in my hand is good. I have larger hands and I was afraid it would feel dainty. It did not.It's a solid piece of plastic that helps you stay in control while using a table saw.
